Chief Scientific Officer and acting Chief Executive Officer: Audra Stinchcomb, Ph.D.
Dr. Stinchcomb is the founder of AllTranz Inc. and the Chief Scientific Officer of the company. Also, she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University Of Kentucky College Of Pharmacy.
Dr. Stinchcomb obtained her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics in 1995 from The University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. She gained postdoctoral experience at the University of California, San Francisco in the Department of Biopharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. She was an Assistant Professor at the Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, NY from 1996-2001. At the University Of Kentucky College Of Pharmacy, Dr. Stinchcomb was an Assistant Professor (2001-2005) and is now an Associate Professor (2005- ) in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

George Emont is a Partner with Triathlon Medical Ventures and a Managing Partner of the Kentucky Seed Capital Fund. Mr. Emont has over two decades of health care industry experience, which includes 12 years in venture capital. Prior to joining Triathlon and KCSF, Mr. Emont was the Director of Venture Capital for Humana Inc. where he managed a venture capital fund that made investments totaling over $75 million in 11 portfolio companies and three venture funds.

Business Advisor and Board Member: Teresa Leezer, MBA
Teresa Leezer is Vice President of MetaCyte. She has over fifteen years of executive management and product experience in the Fortune 100 pharmaceutical industry. Teresa has managed blockbuster products in every phase of the life cycle-from pre-clinical, to launch, growth and maturity. Her product portfolio experience spans more than ten categories of medicine, including: osteoporosis, oncology, virology, anti-infectives, rheumatology, anesthesiology, dermatology and pain management. Specifically, she has managed six blockbuster pain products in the institutional, physician office and over the counter markets. She has launched products with total annual sales exceeding $6 Billion. She has raised over $4 million in venture and angel financing.
She has directed significant co-marketing initiatives including the co-promotion of Zantac with Roche and Glaxo as well as the co-promotion of Fosamax with Merck and Wyeth-Ayerst. Teresa has also managed contract sales organizations for the promotion of products such as Flonase and Aleve.

Board Member: Robert C. Mudd
Robert Mudd represents the Bluegrass Angels Venture Fund, a central Kentucky venture capital fund established to invest in area startup companies, as an AllTranz Board Member. Currently, Mr. Mudd is the President of LabDx, Inc., a start-up providing clinical diagnostic testing services in the commercial medical market throughout Kentucky and West Virginia.
